To win with him 2 of the 3 of the phases have to be dominate [sic] or surround him with high caliber players.•5.5 - 5.9 - Can be an emergency starter. Does not have the mental make up or physical talent too [sic] perform as a consistent starter. He's temporary relief, but not a long term solution.
While Glennon might improve, based on last year's performance he's somewhere between these two buckets.
that seems about right, its just hard to say how much of last year's results were external to Glennon. We will probably find out this year, absent some unusual move
