Trade them Mike Williams

I like Mike, but I'd do it for a 2nd and then draft Landry to replace him.

id make that deal in a hearbeat. unload a big contract for a younger cheaper, possibly better player
I think Landry is going to be a steal in the 2nd round. Kid has amazing hands and body control.
Unless Bridgewater, Clowney, or Watkins is there at #7, I make this trade in a heartbeat.
how about this years third and next years 1st or would that be too much
let me clarify that , jets get #7 this year , bucs get #18 this year and jets 3rd round pick this year plus the jets give up next years first
From 7 to 18 for only a 2nd? Jets better throw in next years #1 as well.
So, people want us to give up good receivers from a corp that is already rather disappointing, not where it should be, and should improve in a year or two? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOxt9PoJNkg
If Watkins and Clowney are off the board, I'd definitely trade down. Eric Ebron will likely be available, maybe even Aaron Donald. Either way quality talent to be had at #18, not to mention with two picks in the second and replenishing our third and sixth. We wouldn't have the BIG names, but we could bring in some quality players to help us win now. Since it's unlikely Donald will be available in the first. I'll just put Eric Ebron here. Then picking up Ryan Shazier and either Scott Crichton or Trent Murphy in the second would be a big improvement. We would then have a third, two fourths, two fifths a sixth and two sevenths to work on our O-Line depth and bring in a wide receiver.

I was thinking along those lines. Hopefully, Ebron would be there at #18. And even if he was gone, there will be plenty of good players available at that spot. This deal would be more likely if Tannebaum was still there. With Idzick [sp?] there now, he doesn't strike me as a "all in" type guy. But it would be nice, to replace the missing draft picks and then some.
