Jim Harbaugh???

Why is it that expectations over his move to Michigan are the end script?  He is a successful NFL HC who doesn't get along with the management in San Fran.  Shouldn't he at least be a discussion if not an all out groveling, begging, money throwing project for OBP?  I would gladly take on all of his personal faults in order to get the kind of leadership, drive and spirit he could bring.  Glazers, this is a rare opportunity.  Don't let it slip by without a full court press!!!
