He does have a good point though. I saw the stats the other day and he has a ridiculous amount of receptions as a TE. Its only like 30 or thereabouts for the whole season. Most of his receptions were at wideout and the slot. I think he has a good chance of winning the appeal.
I would be interested to see how that varies from league average TE. Blocking TEs don't make a lot of receptions, and move TEs make most of their receptions from the slot, so Graham's % might not be significantly different than the average.

You don't tag a player as anything. You put the tag on him and the NFL decides his position.
