Rodgers is likely staying put. Maybe the Packers would trade Love on the cheap in it’s ass kissing quest to keep the MVP happy.. He hasn’t been impressive so far by all accounts. But at only 23, he arguably still has more upside than any QB in this draft class.. Spending a mid round pick on another young, cheap QB to compete with Trask/Gabbert who sat two years behind the NFL MVP doesn’t sound like the worst idea ever to me.. He has a strong arm, and is pretty mobile. You’d also get him two years on his rookie contract, with a 5th year option. I’d much rather take that chance than sign Teddy Bridgewater. What do you think? Would anyone be interested?
