Josh Allen - Does Completion Rate = Accuracy?

I actually like what Buffalo did a lot in the draft and I'm very happy how they helped our draft. McDermott is a good coach (maybe Dungyesque, but good). Allen is going to playoff team, and I think he'll have the best year of the rookie QB's.
