Sorry. If you are only interested in the top 50 guys that are plastered all over NFL Network, ESPN, and every draft site on the internet 24/7.....you should probably not click on my threads. There are obviously many other better options to get info on those top name guys.
I think he looks like a good prospect. He has a great deep ball. I'd like to see some more lasers though. His online games are limited so it's hard to say for sure.....but everything seems to be a perfectly placed touch pass. I really have never seen any heat from him.Very good late round project though. Willie Snead would make a good UDFA too.
I'm sort of with you on this one. Great touch throws, just worry about the lack of driving the ball.
He throws all these perfect bombs with ease though....so I have to wonder if he has plenty of arm and just needs better mechanics to drive the short stuff. Can find much footage of him even throwing short stuff, so it's hard to say. Best case scenario imo, he sits on the bench for a few years and develops into a Phillip Rivers type guy under Tedford.
You don't need a strong arm for bombs , unless you are throwing it extremely late and trying to hit a guy 70 yards downfield already. Bombs are about touch mostly. Danny Wuerffel threw beautiful bombs and his arm was weak as hell. You need a strong arm for throws that require zip .
He throws bomb after bomb with ease on that highlight that travel 50+ yards in the air. Like Manziel he throws them early and high so the receiver can adjust and run under it. If you don't think that takes arm strength, then I don't know what to tell you.
If we miss on the top QB's this is the guy I want.
