3 straight years of regression with the offensive line. They are consistently lost... Technique is poor. Penalties. The list goes on. LT - 1st rounder LG - 4th rounder C - 1st rounder RG - 2nd rounder RT - 2nd rounder That's a lot of draft capital, that's a lot of salary cap, that's a lot of confusion. Like our ST coordinator last year, this is where a true leader of a HC sets an example. The culture Bowles has created is one where failure is acceptable. Where blame can be passed along. Performance is of no consequence. And the fans have now embodied this... That's not Bowles fault that's the offense. That's not Bowles fault that's the line. That's not Bowles fault that's special teams. These coaches are part of the Bowles/Licht regime. Losing is ok. Poor performance is ok. He needs to be fired. Three straight years of the line regressing with that much talent. Insane..

Boatswain

OL one of the spots where if 1 guy messes up his assignment it could throw the whole blocking off. LG has been a liability for years now and they didn't address it.

Quartermaster

LG is the third most important position on the line and they have Bredeson there making $10 mil this year. Highway robbery as Licht was taken to the woodshed on that one.
