Unbelievable. Asked why: "I had my reasons".
If you can't trust your staff and help them succeed what good are you? The guy is a bad HC.
I had a head coach in college who was struggling to get over the hump, his reaction (like a lot of coaches) was to take back more and more control from his assistants. He wanted to go down his way.
Well, like Koetter, he went down his way. Too bad he didn't learn "his way" was the wrong way.
