Roger Goodell - C - Free AgentESPN's Adam Schefter reports Roger Goodell told the Chargers, Raiders and Rams this week there will not be a team moving to Los Angeles in 2015.This helps to explain why the Chargers announced on Tuesday they would be staying in San Diego for at least one more season. The Rams and Raiders could still file a relocation application after January 1, but those applications would not have the league's support and almost certainly would fail. The safe money is still on at least one team moving to Los Angeles in the near future, perhaps even as soon as 2016.Source: ESPN.com
