lack of OL moves suggest Smith is healthy enough to play

walking boot talk scared me.  I was hoping to get lucky and have unexpected quality fall to us during cutdowns (i.e. cap-related) but we didn't sign anyone that excites me.  at least our lack of signing/trade signals smith can play in week 1.  I doubt we'd go into the game with cherilous and pamphile and no back up.
