Did I miss something? Anyone know where this is coming from?@CommishOnline: If #Bucs get Tony Sparano as OL coach and Lane Kiffin as WR coach, they will already have 4 former head coaches on Lovie Smith's staff. WTF?
Would be five if you include Smith himself.
Been rumored for awhile. He's friends with Tedford and you know smith knows the Kiffin family.
6 Total if they get Marinelli as DL
IDK, is he not at the end of the road as far as coaching goes?
im not into kiffin coming here. he is just looking for a quick stop to repair his rep.

its not like he's going to be the OC. It's a position coach.

Why bother? Is this some kind of nostalgia move? SMH

But wouldn't Lane take any coaching position seriously since it may be his last chance?
Please Gawd no. The guy has bad karma, vibes, mojo- whatever oozing out of him. He even managed to pollute Alabama with a "consult".
Is this a bone to Monte? What does Lane know about WRs? Lovie still has St. Louis connections, right? How about Isaac Bruce or Torry Holt?
He coached WRs at USC and TEs before that. I don't have any issue with Lane and thought he did a good job with JaMarcus Russell before the ugly divorce with the Raiders.
need position coaches who know their place, Kiffin only knows how to position himself for the next jobno thanks

Seems logical, but I don't think he has the talent to be a successful coach anywhere. If you have ever talked to him, you know what I am sayin.
I've never talked to him but he convinced an nfl team and two major college programs to hire him as their HC so he must not be that bad at talking. Plus he talked that hot wife of his to marry him.
