Obviously, a lot of work needs to be done over the off-season for this team. IMO, Licht needs to man up and admit he was wrong with some of the guys he brought in this year. Not sure how their contracts are worked out, but unless their play steps up quick, I don't want MJ or EDS here by the end of 2015. MJ has been invisible other than the Steelers game and is playing no where near the amount he is being paid. Saw him giving some very poor effort on some plays against Minny which really pissed me off. EDS has been garbage the entire season and has been for pretty much his entire career. Zuttah wasn't a great Center, but he is twice as good as this turd. Wish we just kept him. Collins sucks at LT, but I think he could have a place on this team as RT (switch Dotson to LT) or possibly OG. Obviously, we need to restructure his contract because he is making way too much to be at either of those positions. If we draft a QB, McCown is being paid way too much to be a 3rd stringer so he should be cut. I think Verner and McDonald are solid, and Verner will continue to improve. In addition to the moves he screwed up, he needs to clean up some mistakes from the previous regime. No way should Goldson be here next year. He's just terrible (did you see some of the terrible angles he took and whiffed tackles he had against Minny) and it's a disgrace that he's being paid as one of the best safeties in the game. Koenan being paid over $3 mil for being a below average punter is laughable and inexcusable. No way he should be here next year. Hopefully he can get some picks for Doug and V-Jax by tomorrow, as we need all the picks we can get.
