Licht Learned Well From Patriots

Licht getting value at every position and drafting for the long term.  Picked up a couple of CB free agents that have a few years left and picked up a number 1 CB to repleace and follow.  Drafted a DL in the 2d with first round talent.  Saw NE have very close Super Bowls and Playoff games where the kicker was make or break points in the course of the game, and picked up a kicker for a 3d rounder to win those close games. NE had Vinatieri and now Gustowski.  Would not be surprised if he had some info that NE was targeting this kicker.  It is no surprise that we leaped frogged NE to get the kicker. NE breaks the mold when it comes to drafting. NE even drafts QBs  with Tom Brady on the roster.  NE has done that over  years.
