Caldwell never struck me as a good head coach while in Indy. He fell into a very good situation inheriting a loaded team when Dungy retired. Now is the chance to see can be build his own team and turn them into a winner. I say no.

The last 2 hirings shows just how dry the coaching market was this season. Outside of Lovie Smith and Bill O'Brien there just aren't a lot of quality choices right now.
