Lovie has to let go of the reigns.

I'm not sure what it is with coaches being so bullheaded but, Lovie needs to stop throttling down the offense. The Bucs have 9 games left and they need to stop trying to run the ball. It just isn't going to work so stop trying to do something that you suck at. From here on out I think they need to let Glennon air it out game after game. Kind of like Manning did in his rookie season. The best part of our offense is the passing game and yes, I know the O'line sucks but, who cares. We need to see what we have in Glennon without having any doubt one way or the other in drafting a QB. The Bucs have nothing to play for so let's pass, pass, pass!
