His contract is too high, the Glazers have gone through a few HCs recently and really coveted Smith. And the GM is new. Firing him isn't a feasible option. But what can we as fans do? Best case we fans can make for change is to demand the team try to get a franchise QB and maybe a more experienced nfl offensive coordinator. And put pressure on Lovie to be more Riverboatish.
