Shazier is an OLB and I don't see him transitioning well as a MLB. IMO he will be a really good OLB in this league but that's a position we don't need to be drafting high.
If Lovie is the Savior everyone seems to think he is, he should be able to adjust and scheme for the talent he has.
Sure, if he doesn't make a change, he'll adjust his coverage scheme to compensate, but that doesn't make Foster any less of a liability in coverage. If Mase can't improve, he'll get moved, and honestly, I think it would be the best thing for him. You don't need a "stud" MLB, but you gotta have one that can cover in today's NFL. Too many TE's and RB's are becoming focal points in passing games these days. A MLB that is a liability in coverage handicaps your defense in a 4-3. Take a look at Cincy. Vintaze Burfict was a beast at MLB last season, but there's a reason that he got moved to the weak side this year.

It's unbelievable man. This lack of research combined with the ignoring of facts is so annoying. People, please ignore those who keep saying Tampa is running the Tampa Two. In fairness - Frazier said - in his press-conference - that they need a middle linebacker who can "move around" (pretty sure that was the quote). I thought he was speaking generically about the defense (and it's clear he hadn't watched a ton of film at the time), but it could fairly have been interpreted as an endorsement for a replacement.
Frazier clearly didn't know shlt about our defensive personnel yet , and he admitted he hadn't had time to evaluate much. I wouldn't read too much in to that MLB comment.
