Read this article from earlier this season. I believe I may have posted it before, but it has earned a re-post now: http://mmqb.si.com/2013/10/17/lovie-smith-minority-coaches/
Good article ghost. I'm a huge Buc fan in Chicago. Lovie needs to find some offense. A competent offensive coordinator, a good offensive line coach, figure out who his quarterback is, and then make sure he has people in place that can judge offensive talent (especially along the o line), and add it to this team as he goes along. His defenses will be fine. It's how he does handling his offense (he failed to make the cut on offense in Chicago), that will determine his success level in Tampa. Regardless, he's the perfect hire for this team right now. He will bring the one thing needed more than anything right now...stability. Go Bucs! Ten years of bad football..enough already!
Great read DTG. Thanks for sharing!
