It all comes down to who the QB is. Tony Dungy couldn't coach offense for crap in Tampa but put up a ton of points with Manning. If the Bucs have a bad QB, they're going to have a bad offense whether Lovie Smith is the head coach or anyone else.

They used to have Greg Olson who isn't a bum.No more boring coaches. Go get one of the great college offensive coaches or a top NFL offensive coordinator. A solid d coordinator with our talent will be fine. We need an offensive mind.

Why would Lovie allow that info to be leaked? Why would Tedford allow it to be leaked and possibly take him out of the running for other jobs if Lovie hasn't already been hired by someone?
