As you are aware, the Colts are in contract extension negotiations with Andrew Luck. It will probably exceed $100 million. When the deal gets done, he will likely be the highest paid player in the NFL.In a few years, the Bucs will be in a similar situation with Jameis. If he is all the player we think he is, he will likely also get a mega deal. I am sure the Glazer and Jason Licht are observing with much interest. It's one of those situations where you deal with it when you get there. But, there are a few things the Bucs can do now where that contract won't handicap the franchise: 1 Draft well and develop well young talent2 Be mindful of the salary cap3 Don't go crazy in free agencyI was curious if anyone else, especially Scott or Mark, has any thoughts on this?
