Maybe Schiano is more suited to be an NFL GM than a head coach......

just a funny thought, he made some good personnel moves....but some bad ones as well i guess lol

I think he would have made an excellent defensive coordinator under an experienced coach to learn from.

for sure, the guy is an excellent motivator and leader, he just sucked at the x's and o's.....in game management was just awful.
