Josh McCown - QB - BuccaneersAfter testing his injured thumb on Monday, Josh McCown plans to avoid surgery.McCown says he's feeling better, but it may not really matter at this point. Mike Glennon led the Bucs to a comeback win over the Steelers last Sunday and may remain the team's starter, even though coach Lovie Smith is refusing to commit to him past Week 5.
