McCown has a serious problem with his mechanics. He holds the ball low (at his stomach). Even worse he has a windmill delivery in which he drops the ball low and to the outside of his body before he passes. While he might be able to survive this flaw behind a strong O-line, the ball will be striped during his windup behind a weak O-line. He had two fumbles the other night in limited play! He may have some mobility but his flawed mechanics will expose the ball and cost us turnover as players chase him from behind. IMO he can not be the starter for the Bucs with the O-line we have. Thoughts?
