lmaoNice.
Bring him in. As long as 'the right price' isn't too much.
I always laugh at your GIF of Revis intercepting that pass. Such a stupid play on 4th down. We would have had the ball around their 10 yard line.
Huh? It was the end of the game and Wallace was right there to put them in FG range with over a minute left.
His argument is that as Revis was leaping backward at a dead sprint he should have spiked the ball straight down into the ground. Never mind he never got his hands high enough above the ball to ensure that move. Instead of securing the football with two hands and guaranteeing victory. Because had he executed a straight down spike we could have taken a knee in their territory instead of our own. Never mind the much more likely result of trying to spike the football down from his body position would have been a deflection that kept the possibility of a completed pass in play. Or that after securing the football but before contacting the ground he should have forced the ball toward the ground and out of his possession for the same result. An added bonus of performing this more unnatural action at full speed in the air is that Darelle Revis would also have one less interception on the sanitized stat sheet so posters such as himself would have an even more "valid" reason to claim he is grossly overpaid and should be cut or traded. It's a dumb shit argument, you were better off not understanding. Sorry.

It's still a non-argument. It was the end of the game. Even if he did bat it down and the ball became incomplete, the result would have been the same. So, I still don't know why anyone would 'laugh every time' they saw my GIF. Dude is probably mad because he didn't cover the spread or something.

Ask a Georgia fan how important batting the ball down is.
Listen to this audio and hear it directly from his mouth.....sounds like some of us had it right....he was never offered a contract by the Bucs: http://tampa.cbslocal.com/2014/02/10/audio-michael-bennett-says-the-bucs-never-offered-him-a-contract-to-stay/
Always about the money with this dude ...

Ok. Now you are bringing up an entirely different game and an entirely different scenario. The game was over once Revis picked it. Period. Still don't understand why anyone is arguing with me on this. Did you fail to cover the spread as well?
Always about the money with this dude ...
Always? He was a free agent last year and then only signed a one year deal. So he's a free agent AGAIN. Methinks your perception is not reality.

Right. Its not like he ever held out, or even threatened to hold out. I have no problem with players who are 'all about the money' as long as they honor their contracts that they initially agree to. I don't know why some people have such a big issue with players wanting to get paid. It's their professional career. I'm sure if these same critics were underpaid at their own jobs for a few years, then made some kind of big breakthrough at work.... well, I'm sure that they would want to cash in on their payday instead of accepting a modest salary just because they love their bosses.

Ridiculous. I'm so glad we cleaned house.
some act like Bennett is Simeon Rice.. He is a situational rusher wanting every down money.. No hway jose
he is an every down player. His last year in Tampa I believed he had one of the highest snap counts in the league among DEs.
...then they got better...
@Lsubooger: Michael Bennett "If the price is right i'll come back to Tampa" @987TheFanMake it happen Lovie/Licht!
Great, and the first thing he can do when he gets back is to the pay the bill at the doggy hotel he abandon his 6 month old dog at when he left for the Seahawks gig.
Glazers: "what can we do to get you back here?"Bennett;: "Apologiiiize..(pulls pants down)."Glazers: (sigh) "You want a peck, or the full blown motorboat?"
