Just a thought...(Only If Glennon stays and is the man...)Mike Evans at 7 (or drop back a few) http://www.rantsports.com/nfl/2013/10/22/2014-nfl-draft-scouting-report-texas-am-wr-mike-evans/ Move Mike Williams to the slot. That would be one hell of a receiving corps...Reload other needs in FA. and later in the draft.
I think Watkins would be an awesome pick up for the slot. A legit deep threat who catches everything.
Evans and Jackson remind me of Marshall and Jeffrey. ;)and I wouldn't be upset with Watkins either.

I'm not sure we want 3 big recievers. If we go WR I think we need either a quick little guy or someone that can flat out fly.
Watkins any day sorry

That's my thinking. Watkins isn't small but guy can run. And he will hang onto the ball too.
After watching lots of Cal vids, I would think Watkins is a lot better fit, being he is a receiver that you can line up all over the field and you just want to get him the ball quick and let him work. It looks like in Tedfords offense you want some talented and quick YAC receivers
and I still stand by my opinion from a month ago that Odell Beckham is the best fit to add to Vjax and Mike Williams. I have a philosophy that its about the combination of receivers you have and not so much the individual talent of the reciever. Williams, Vjax, Beckham would be my favorite combination. The benefit of Evans and Watkins is you have number 1 who can replace Vjax, whereas the benefit of Odell Beckham is it would not cost a first round pick.
We have two guys who can't create separation. Why use a 1st round pick on another one

exactly, even though almost all 3 will more often than not come down with the ball in tight coverage, its not good for the QB to drop back and see all of his WR's look well covered
Watkins, yes. Evans, no.
If the Bucs drop back far enough in the first round, Kelvin Benjamin out of FSU would be an intriguing option. Very similar size & skillset as Evans & could probably be had near the bottom of the 1st rd.

When you have WRs whose size creates mismatches at the point of attack, they don't need as much separation. How many times do you see Dez Bryant, Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson or Brandon Marshall wide open (w/o blown coverage)? Not very often...bc these receivers don't have the speed to burn defensive backs. Their value is going up to get the ball in a crowd....when you have a 6'5" WR against a 5'10" DB, the QB just has to trust his WR & throw the ball to its highest point.Want a PERFECT example? Look at Josh McCown this year.....a 34 yr old has-been who shined with 2 big-body WRs. For those of you who watched any Bears games this year with McCown under center, you'll understand what I'm talking about. Every single game, Marshall and Jeffery made plays on balls that a smaller receiver wouldn't have had a chance on....due mainly to their size difference against the DB covering them. Now from you statement of "2" WRs, I imagine you're talking about Vjax & MW. Well, Vincent still got his this year.....Williams (even when not hurt) is a different story bc he doesn't have the 3-4" in height that an Evans/Jackson combo would have.
