Pewter Report recently posted this video of Mike Evans practicing? I thought if the player is on IR that means they cannot practice? wasn’t that the justification we didn’t put Godwin or Bucky on IR? So how is Evans able to practice on IR unless his 21 day practice window wasn’t announced? And how has this not gained bigger attention?

Well, considering this video is from over a month ago (and before he broke his collarbone), I think it's safe to say we aren't violating any rules.
