Bucs need to get this guy on the staff. Before the Texans can get him. He would be a great grab to coach the OL.
I can't see anyone being against that. Give him a 4 year deal. Pay him 7 figures. Call him asst. HC. Whatever it takes.
Really disappointing to see Tony S. Not coming here. Really think we need at least one NFL experienced offensive coach to help out Tedford.
Munchak ain't gonna be HC at Penn State, and neither is Schiano, who might have Bostad tied to him; not sure. I'd be happy with either 1) Munchak, or 2) Bostad, TBH.

I thought the Bucs already hired Matt Weigand to coach the OL, but then I checked and found he's the "assistant" OL coach.
