Do you think the poor performance is more of player or coaching issue? I mean some of these guys may be overpaid, but they should be at least decent players. The production from this unit has been totally inexcusable this year.

Seriously lacking talent on the edges - both youth/veteran talent. Noah Spence NEEDS to be a game changer when healthy. If you don't have 1on1 winners - must manufacture pressure and stress pockets.

Spence showed a lot of flashes his rookie year, it was a shame to see him go down so early this year even though he wasn’t showing too much. Definitely agree though that we need to add at least one more edge rusher. Gholston is just a run stuffer and Ayers is getting old.

Another fine move by are wonderful and no sense no brains GM. He and Koetter gotta go and hopefully we can get a GM that understands the value for you dollar, or in this case buc
