I keep hearing all the time around here about women filing baseless sexual harassment suits with no merit whatsoever, I'm sure this is along the same lines as those. It's most definitely her fault for having a door in the first place.

Very true...she sounds like a heterophobe to me....
It's a misdemeanor...a minor one. I don't think it's as bad as some are insinuating. If it were he'd be looking a greater charges like attempted b&e.
