I think he is the most misunderstood draft pick from this year draft haul for the Bucs. I think the reason for this is because people are not certain what position he will play. Bottom line is that he is a very aggressive tackler, locating the ball with good timing and uses good technique to flip his hips. If he was to be compared to a former Bucs it would have to be Dwight Smith. Dwight Smith started as nickel CB and eventually played LCB and RCB. Followed by moving to safety eventually. This is why when MJ Stewart was drafted there was talk of him playing possibly safety. Koetter said as much that he thinks Stewart can play inside (nickel CB) or outside ( boundary CB). Bottom line is don't sleep on Stewart because not only he shows prowess defending downfield but he is very adapt around the line of scrimmage going down hill.
