Resign
Charles Sims - a lot of people don’t like him but he has a specific skill set that can help out a team if used correctly
Brent Grimes - Age may be catching up to him but let’s see if he has one more year in him
Clinton Mcdonald - Great locker room guy and gives it his all on the field
Free Agency
Jerick Mckinon - Good rb who can run and catch
Mike Glennon - Knows the system and the locker room and will come to work every day, and if he does need to step in we can win with him
Ryan Jenson - Thought about signing a guard and keeping Marpet at C, but decided to move Marpet back to G
Alex Okafor - Not a big name pass rusher but anything is better than what we have and he has worked with Buckner before in Arizona
Star Lotulelei/Dontari Poe - Sign one of these to give us some beef in the middle and take Bakers spot
Kyle Fuller - Comes in and starts on the outside next to Grimes, which puts VH3 in the slot where he can shine
Justin Bethel - Gives us depth and can come in and start if Grimes does start to feel his age
Terrance Brooks - Can come in and compete for starting safety position beside Evans. Florida State fans might know more about him
Draft
Rd. 1 Quenton Nelson - If he comes in and has a 10+ year All Pro/ Pro Bowl career no one will care where he was drafted
Rd. 2 David Irving (Cowboys) - If Cowboys tender him with a second round draft pick I will gladly give it up for a proven pass rusher
Rd. 3 Bo Scarbrough - With McKinnon and Sims on the roster, Scarbrough gives us that big power back that can wear out defenses in the 4th quarter
Rd. 4 BJ Hill - Another body on the d line, plus he went to the same HS as me (at a different time) so it would be cool to see him on the Bucs
Rd. 5/6/6 - BPA to build depth
I’m smart enough to know we’re not gonna go out and sign every big name free agent, so I tried making realistic choices to help build depth, but I think we have a real competitive team with these moves.
