Landri had nine tackles in nine games as a reserve on the defensive line and Rodgers spent most of the 2013 season on the team’s practice squad.

Carimi was scheduled to make $1.3M this year. Landri was $1.5M. Rodgers and Hill combined for $1M.None of them had any of it guaranteed. No dead mone...so It looks like we gained an additional $3.8M in cap space....minus whatever they gave Kafka. Which should be the $500K minimum. So about $3.3M according to sportrac numbers.

I'm not sure Rodgers and Hill were top51...
For Carimi it speaks volumes that the head coach who drafted you just 3 years prior lets you go before FA starts.

He was a good college player. I think he just lost interest in football once he got paid.
