Monken as HC?

Geniunely interested how many of you would be intrigued by this option. It would keep our #1 offense intact. There is likely a drop off with a new system. My thinking is that Monken is an upgrade from Koetter, I think he can lead the team better, and the players seem to really love him. He is a more aggressive and dynamic play caller...but he can only implement so much being that Koetter is his boss. I wonder what new/different concepts we could run if Monken was calling the shots.

I just don't see a lot of good candidates out there. I know we've drop the ball at giving HC jobs to coordinators we were scared of losing (Raheem, Koetter) only for it to fail miserably. But maybe 3rd time is the charm with Monk?
