I'm new to this forum and excited to start in on the convos... I've been a life long bucs fan and am tired of just reading..I'll be real quick but here's what moves I'd like to see the team makeResign Doug Martin. 5mil or 7mil.. who cares, we sit pretty moneywise. good teams keep their nucleus of players together. The guys explosive with good blocking, and I don't mean speed when I say explosive. Get him back, I'm confident he'll come as motivated and amped as last yearFree agency: grab a Proven elite style DE, if that means Hardy idc I'll take him.. then a proven starting caliber Safety. There's been a few mentioned in articles lately that are available suitors.. then depending on money balancing if the funds and players are there, bolster our offensive line. I do like the thought of Travis Benjamin if possible but as long as if the money he want doesn't stop us from signing previously stated needs. Because speedy Slot receivers can be found later in draft.Draft: I don't agree with trading up and I don't think we'll trade down in the 1st so I'll ignore that thought.. At 9 we should draft DE Spence/Buckner/ogbah/etc.... 2nd round take best corner available.... 3rd round take best offensive player available OL/WR.. and the rest of the draft is on the scouts.. I do think taking another shot at a speedy returner in the late rounds is a good idea.That feels to me a hell of an upgrade on the Defensive side of the ball... Hardy McCoy and one of the top DE prospects like Spence would make for one NASTY DL.. and to have our speedy Linebacking core behind them seem exciting for me. I'm not stressed over corners as everyone is but I do feel in the 2nd round it idealy should be addressed to bring a new face to the unit and to encourage competition at the #2 spot.... pending injuries I believe we're pretty set on the offensive side on the ball. A speedster would be nice but we do have Kenny bell and realistically there's only so many snaps and we have plenty of weapons to try to squeeze in....... Like I said before Bolstering the offensive line in anyway is a good idea. Whether it's depth or a cordy glenn. But first FA needs are a DE and FS...What you guys think?.... oh and I know, everyone hates Hardy.. I personally don't care about anything about him as long as he's not suspended and he continues to perform. Our defense is not defined like our offense is. Defensively we have no personna if you know what im saying. Say having Hardy on our new DL i want and the fire Alexander has i think we start an aggressive mentality in our front 7.. If it was up to me I'd take the chance on him.... really I only care about how he'd mesh with McCoy on the sidelines and practice.... if we can't pull one of the top DE names on the market we should tagret him.
