Re-sign Shaq to a long term deal.
Re-sign JPP
Re-sign Suh

Clowney may be a better player than JPP at this point, but Clowney wants a long term deal so that will not work with Shaq nabbing the big deal. Need a stop gap opposite of him and JPP is perfect.

Regarding Suh, there are several DT's that might be an upgrade in UFA in 2020, but Suh is valuable as a teacher and the coaching staff trusts him so he stays IMO.

Nassib and Perriman - Would like to see the Bucs re-sign both players however if a team overpays for either one the Bucs should decline to match.

R. Smith, A. Adams, Minter and Roches all resigned to reasonable short deals. I do not anticipate teams breaking the bank for these players so this is easy.

Sign T. Jefferson from free agency. Jefferson started his career in Arizona and is 28 years old. This is a no brainer to me. With Andrew Adams the Bucs would have a mix of youth and veterans at safety position.

Now, lets move over to the offense.

Re-sign Hawkins, Wells and Dotson for depth/competition. There will not be high demand for these players so this should be relatively simple.

Go all in on signing OG Andrus Peat. Thuney is going to demand top dollar but Peat would be an upgrade over Cappa while offering flexibility.

Give Godwn an extension. Long overdue.

Sign M. Gordon to a long term deal. Gordon is a good fit for Arians offense because this offense requires RB's to be elite pass catchers while bringing explosiveness.

And now we arrive at the QB position.

Push all the chips in with Teddy Bridgewater.

Bucs new additions: (QB) Bridgewater, (RB)Gordon, (OG/OT)Peat, and (S)Jefferson.

This would allow the Bucs to draft BAP for most of the draft and not force themselves to draft for need.
