I'll preface this by saying I'm no way an expert, and i don't have time to really watch game film on prospects, but i do real a lot of mock drafts, expert rankings, etc. and overall, I just want the Bucs to WIN, but I don't expect that to happen this year, so I want them to set themselves up to win consistently in the near future.  The overall theme is to get young, we'll obviously be brining in a new face of the franchise and it is safe to say we won't be competing for a super bowl immediately so we should get young talent to add to the nucleus we already have to grow together while keeping some veterans around for leadership.  OL needs to be rebuilt with some young blood, the previous regime neglected the OL for so long and has now put us in the position we're in, and the new one hasn't exactly shown much regard for young OL talent yet either, albeit, they've only had 1 offseason to put their stamp on the roster, ie)  I'd love to have Gabe Jackson instead of Sims but that's a sunk cost at this point We have already let go of McCown so it looks as though Glennon will be on the roster next year to likely act as a bridge to the QB we select, I personally think he will look OK, especially under Koetter, and if he does, he turns into an asset we can likely trade in the future for maybe a 2nd rounder, similar to what the Pats have done for virtually every backup QB they've selected in the last 10 yearsBut for this offseason:Trade Doug Martin for 5th round pickTrade Vincent Jackson for 3rd round pick (am i overvaluing him?)Release Dashon GoldsonSign Brandon GrahamSign Devin McCourtyDraft:1. Marcus Mariota QB ORE - i'd be fine with either QB, i just think he has more upside than Jameis2. Todd Gurley RB UGA - has been called most talented player in draft, falls due to injury3. Laken Tomlinson OG DUKE - starting RG, plug and play3. Tyler Lockett WR KSU - New number 2 WR & return man, some are calling him A.Brown clone4. Rob Havenstein OT WISC - starting RT, another plug and play guy for OL4. Josh Shaw CB/S USC - trade 2 5th's to get back into 4th, CB/S hybrid, plays either position well5. Stephone Anthony LB CLEM - has athleticism to step in and play cover 2 MLB6. BJ Finney C KSU - depth pick here, future potential starting C7. Jake Ryan - LB MICH - another depth pick, could compete for spot on roster, falls due to injuryHave at it.
