Mrs SBS and myself had the pleasure once again, of staying at the Hard Rock in the last few weeks...with the intention of dining at their restaurant.....after hearing so many good things.I'm really a steak snob....and always on the look-out for a great steak in town. We've done the Bern's thing....Shula's...a few other local steak places....and of course the chain Ruths Chris....and my personal favorite....Morton's.... and everyone kept telling us about the great steaks and seafood at the Hard Rock.We finally went. stayed there three nights..... Bottom line....I'd match their food to Morton's....with even better service. You can tell when you walk by the Council Oak restaurant that they take steaks very seriously....aged to perfection... amazingly sweet Alaskan King Crab and their lobster is cold water south African tails.....which is about as good as it gets. Even their side dishes were amazing...as were the deserts. The service is first rate too.... Heads up...it's an upper tier steak house....and costs accordingly...
