Just figured I would take a few minutes to throw out some of my top late round prospects. Enjoy the read. Feel free to comment, or hate, or troll. It's all good.WR Rannell Hall - UCF6'1 200lbs I'd guess he runs in the low 4.4 range, maybe 4.3 (ran track in the youth olympics). His nickname is 'Speedy'. He has tons of experience as the #1 receiver for the Knights. He also was their primary kick returner, averaging 27.5 yards. He has elite ball skills, and does a great job of fighting for the ball. His stats dropped off this year but that can be blamed on injuries and the loss of Bortles. Still came just short of 1000 yards all purpose in 10 games. He made the most of his senior bowl invitation with a good week of practice and 7 catches 78 yards in the game. Could be a steal in rounds 5-7. Especially if we miss out on Lockette/Dorsett/Devin Smith. For the Bucs he could compete with Robert Herron for an active roster spot, with the ceiling to be a true #2 to compliment Evans in the future.C/G Max Garcia - Florida6'5 305lbs. If you've read any of my mocks, you've probably heard this name. I'm very high on Max. I think he has a lot of potential. He shows good flexibility and knee bend. Not gonna turn heads at the combine, but he's a guy who's going to bring his hardhat and lunchbox every time he steps onto the field. He understands his role and executes with great effort. After his week at the senior bowl many were impressed with his play, citing his hand work, effort, and personality as major pluses. He is also very versatile with starts at LT, LG, and C throughout his 4 year career with Maryland and Florida. Another guy who can be selected in rounds 5/6 and still contribute to the team next season. One thing is for certain, you won't find a harder working guy, and the value in that.. especially among our current group of OLmen.. can't be overstated. If I'm making the calls for Tampa Bay, I take Max with our 1st 5th rounder as a guy who can legitimately compete at C and G in 2015.CB Justin Coleman - Tennessee5'11 188lbs. Coleman played primarily nickel corner for the Vols this season and had his best year looking very natural inside. Physically he looks like Ronde Barber. He plays a lot like him too. He is an alert tackler, never afraid to come in for run support and make the big hit. He plays aggressively. His speed is good, but he tends to lose a step when turning to run with receivers, despite fluid motion. He makes up for it with a great ability to break on the football. This season he played in 13 games with 42 tackles, 4 TFL, 9 PBU, and 4 INT. One of those guys who steadily progressed through college, having his best year this season. He can probably be drafted anywhere between rounds 4-7. I think once teams watch the tape the will rise into the early mid rounds. As a 4th/5th round pick I think he could start at nickel for us and be better than Leonard Johnson. But it would be best to ease him into that role gradually.RB Tyler Varga - Yale5'11 220lbs. Tough. Physical. Versatile. This kid is damn good at everything he does. He can run, evidenced by his 1,600+ yard season last year, he can block with the best of them, and he can catch out of the backfield. And what Lovie would love most is his value on special teams. That and the fact that he fumbles about as often as a rooster lays an egg. Last season the kid posted 5 TDs.. TWICE!! Granted he played against weaker competition, but he certainly held his own at the Senior Bowl.  He stood out in practices all week and made the most of his reps in the game, looking explosive, physical and showing the ability to avoid and break tackles from NFL prospects.I expect him to go in the 5-7 rounds. He may even go undrafted, though I'd be shocked. I would like to see him taken in the 7th. He could be very useful to us considering we have no one to play FB and Rainey won't be running for us next year.P Kyle Christy - Florida6'2 199lbs. Okay.. it's a punter... but hey, we really need one, and he's the best available. He had a good 2012 averaging 45.8 yards. His 2013 was a little shaky, he averaged just under 40, and was benched. He bounced back this season though, averaging 44.4 and helping the Gators win field position battles consistently. 2013 scares me a little, but I'd still be willing to replace Koenen with him. At worst, we have a bad punter again, but at least this guy won't be stealing 3.5 million..
