Since Koetter never likes to run sneaks and prefers to run power, on 3rd and 1's we need to find a back with more weight and that is able to move the pile.
I have 2 power backs in mind for this draft that will fill our need, the width and power of these backs is what is noticeably different from our backs which give defenders an easier time wrapping up Doug and Quiz on 3rd and shorts
1. James Connor 250 and has the length to stretch out for first downs, the extra girth will give defenders a hard time wrapping him up behind the line of scrimmage

2. De'Veon Smith 225 but runs hard and its noticeble in how many times this guy looks wrapped up but sheds off tacklers.

If we want to guarantee one of these guys will have to spend a 4th because the run on backs start in the 4th-5th round. Not just short yardage backs but potential to be everydown backs in the future seeing as how rb's are a dime a dozen
