New Defensive Coordinator!!

I truly think the best bet for the Bucs in the offseason is to keep Lovie as Head coach and Dirk as Offensive Coordinator. I think these two have done wonders for Winston- Lovie for his Character and Dirk for his offensive play. Then what needs to happen is Lovie needs to let go of running the Defense and needs to let go of Leslie Frazier and bring in a brand new Defensive Coordinator with a whole new approach. This Defense is not working. Even if we have won a few games it is obvious we are sorely lacking on the Defensive side. Anybody else think this might be our best move going forward?
