Roger Goodell - C - Free AgentThe NFL and NFLPA have officially agreed to an overhauled drug policy. The two sides have agreed to "wide-ranging improvements" to their policy on performance-enhancing drugs. Among other things, the league will now test for HGH and start that process this season. The final details of the new agreement on the substance-abuse policy are still being worked out. The NFL announced Wes Welker, Orlando Scandrick, and Stedman Bailey can return to their teams immediately. A first positive test for steroids, HGH, stimulants or other banned substances will result in a four-game ban. A second violation is a 10-game suspension, while a third positive test will be a two-year ban.Source: http://nflcommunications.com/2014/09/17/joint-nfl-Sep 17 - 10:49 AM

To me the big thing here is the HGH testing.  Will be very interesting to see how that plays out.
