No pass from me, my review was what the offense needed.
The offense didn’t “need” anything today.
They put up 32 points.
Again, a defense that bent over and a gutless HC is why we lost today.
Same ol’ story.
Oh how great. Rams about to blow it to Seahawks so they are desperate for a win next week
great
The offense put up 32 points with three turnovers helping. I think they came away with 3 points on the early turnovers?
The defense let the Bucs down for sure but the offense definitely needs help. If that's not obvious consider that an offense running that well never hit a deep PA pass.
Not even a big YAC play that I can think of. Deep shells annd shaded series until you can make them pay. Bucky, Godwin.
0 TDs from TEs so far?
Our #1 receiver might be Shepard lol. Maybe Egbuka has one more catch
Grizz better figure out the red zone quick because he's god fucking awful.
Those 2 point conversions were bad concepts.
While I agree that an NFL offense and QB should expect to win by putting up 32 points, our defense couldn’t get off the field against the Bill’s offense. No pass from me, my review was what the offense needed.

Our offense will have to score more points.
It doesn’t get any better against Rams/Stafford next week. In fact, our secondary often looked lost and I agree that d-linemen shouldn’t be in deep coverage.

I wouldn't expect RZ to get much better unless Otto shows up or some other receiver. Maybe a little better if the run game keeps improving

Dude it's not talent it's play calling. He can't figure out a compressed field.
Dude ran a jet sweet to the short side of the field inside the 20 with nothing to disguise it.
Our offense will have to score more points.
Which is utterly ridiculous.
What's so strange for me is Bowles has been relatively good lately and Dolphins exposed the Bills.
I didn't think Bowles was gonna hold them under 20 but this game was all the wrong levers at all the wrong times.

Agree. Didn’t expect us to give up 44 points. Our offense will have to score more points.

As you said earlier (think it was you), Grizz wasn’t great, but his playcalling was better, until the second half. We got cautious, our top receiver was Shep… and his longest pass was 24 yards. The jet sweeps by Tez were mostly ineffective. Baker only threw for 173 yards - while we rushed for over 200 yards.
With an average NFL defense, we could/should have won this game.

Grizz blew had 7 or 8 moronic play calls, Baker had 4 or 5 brain dead reads, but overall the offense did enough.

Will definitely watch again. One thing that stands out is most teams who run that effectively also PA pass with explosives. Mayfield likes to throw deep so the obvious question is why didn't they? The answer might be the other part of your post ("top receiver is Shep") meaning with only Egbuka it's pretty easy to take away our deep ball.
I think we threw deep to Tez once
hard to say but maybe it's conservative maybe it's just the nature of the defense.
either way the defense has to improve
Cant deny that Joe Brady clearly made some tweaks since last week - and Josh Allen wasn’t holding anything back. Was a little shaky early.Agree. Didn’t expect us to give up 44 points. Our offense will have to score more points.

Our offense was balanced, but their offense was overwhelming. I do think talent is part of it. We don’t have the receivers on the field that can give us downfield chunk plays. Mike & Chris aren’t there to suck up two - three players - leaving Emeka to spring plays. Shep is steady, Kam has been invisible, Otton has been needed as a blocker - none of them are on the level of Mike & CG. It’s why I say, JMac could have helped, a lot. He was coming on last season. The current offensive talent, but adding JMac to Emeka in the field and this offense could be dynamic and produce chunk plays.
But the defense has to be at least average.
Todd Bowles on the decision to punt on 4th-and-2 down five points:
“We had plenty of time. We felt like we had a chance to not give him a short field there”
- Fucking loser
