Our offense will have to score more points.
Which is utterly ridiculous.
What's so strange for me is Bowles has been relatively good lately and Dolphins exposed the Bills.
I didn't think Bowles was gonna hold them under 20 but this game was all the wrong levers at all the wrong times.

But, but, but the offense needs to be better.
I do think talent is part of it. We don’t have the receivers on the field
With the GOAT at QB we had Evans, Godwin and AB. And Gronk at TE
Right now Mayfield is throwing to two rookies, and Shep and Otten
One of the rookies is a legit threat, but man we are a long way from Evans Godwin and AB ... and Gronk
the good news (after the Rams) is that we have some very winnable games
Did you honestly have the Bucs winning this game? Seems like a week or so ago that you also felt we would struggle until we got our offensive horses back? Our offense will have to score more points.
Which is utterly ridiculous.

There's literally multiple posts where I said I was taking the Bills to cover and had 2.0u on it.
Offense played way better than I had expected.
Again, THEY WERE NOT THE PROBLEM!
And, no, having Bucky/Jmac/CG today would've changed the outcome.
This loss is on Todd Bowles and his defense.
Period.
Both things can be true - offense played well (32 should win) defense did not (44 should lose) but it doesn't follow that having another weapon on offense died t change the outcome because having another weapon or two probably changes the early scoring and that impacts the way the game plays out
I think we only came away with three points off the turnovers. We score more there the game plays out differently. We still might still lose but not a given. It's not Irving or JMac or Godwin does not equal 12 more points because the game plays out differently
either way though defense was manhandled, outsmarted etc
Absolutely disagree about the offense. After scoring 20 points in the 1st half, we scored 12 in the 2nd half. Plays stalled, we turned the ball over more.Did you honestly have the Bucs winning this game? I agree that the defense collapsed in 2nd half, but we had no offensive answers in the second half.
The lead went back and forth 7 times, and then we started playing from behind.
Maybe our DC can scheme something differently against the Rams, but there isn’t talent coming to the rescue. That means we’re going to have to score more. In order to do that we need the weapons back on the field, I believe you were making that point, to me, a week or so ago.
We need our offensive weapons back.
Absolutely disagree about the offense.
Then we'll respectfully agree to disagree.
To think that the offense was a problem after rushing for over 200+ yards and 32 points...is, well, it's a take alright.
Nothing more than excuse making for the HC/DC.
Regardless, it doesn't matter. We're never winning a Lombardi with Todd Bowles.
Just glad guys like Evans and LVD got their ring when we had an actual winning culture and killer mentality in the locker room.
