For newcomers, all are welcome and we focus mainly on NFC South Teams along with a game or two that I consider harder to pick when needed. We play using the spread (if you see a + sign by a team, that means as far as the tournament is concerned, they start the game with that many points), and it's all in fun even as it's not always easy to get correct. Picks need to be made by 1pm on Sunday. We don't do Monday night games unless Tampa's involved, so the Carolina game is not included this week.
