When Malcolm Glazer arrived he took pride in massively improving facilities and some of the other things mentioned in the survey.  I wonder if there will be a few changes.

Yeah, but Joel Glazer didn't grade out that well in this survey.

so you mean that Joel is not Malcolm so maybe he's part of the problem?

I have no idea but certainly hear similar all the time

That's the presumption based on the survey results.

Interesting to see the Chiefs so low.

The Chiefs have gotten low grades like that before, recently.  Back in 2022, the Chiefs training staff received a terrible grade (may have been worst in the league), which surprised a lot of us because just the week before The Franchise episode (chiefs mini-series, sure you guys have something very similar) had just aired, focusing on, of all things, the training staff and the stadium, and the players were unanimously very positive about the training staff and Arrowhead stadium.

After some research, a few buddies found some of the questions the players were asked, and it turned out that the players were never actually asked "how would you rate the training staff/owner/training facility?"  instead, they were asked questions like "how would you rate your relationship with 'X' (training manager or whoever)?"  Or, "how would rate the facility's day care?"  At the time, there was no formal day care at the practice facility, so they got a '0' for that one. Or, "do they serve enough gluten-free menu items?"  The Chiefs team meal service at the time didn't offer more than a few such items. And so on.

Bottom line, I wouldn't take that poll result all that seriously.

This meshes with the NFL’s criticism of the poll
