AWJ was the leader of a defense that ranked #7 in points allowed.
Evans was the leader of an offense that ranked #20th in points scored.
Winfield also received DPOY votes and received AP1 honors.
Don't get me wrong, Evans had a HELLUVA year. But, Winfield was the best player at his position and arguably one of the best players in the league last year.
AWJ gets the nod here.
That being said, having both of these guys on the team (while having the year they had), is a great problem to have.
