1. Firing Greg Schiano was a mistake. Only because the powers to be decided Lovie Smith would somehow be any better. At least Schiano had the team playing tough. Lovie screwed up when he decided out of the gate to bring in McCown. That decision alone had everyone scratching their heads...even if they weren't man enough to admit it. What do the Bucs do now? Go into next season with McCown as our starter, "hoping" we get a good QB out of the draft, and praying somehow Lovie changes?! Not going to happen.2. Quarterback & Running game has been hurt by perhaps the worst offensive line in the league. Mike Glennon is a good QB and will do well in this league either as a Buc or elsewhere. We need to address our offensive line before anything else! I'd much rather see the Bucs invest in a stud offensive lineman instead of the popular pick in a QB. But we will go with the popular pick and end up looking like fools...again.3. Ownership should sell the team or bring in a GM with veteran leadership to take control. We just look like a big fat mess. It's humiliating to produce a product as bad as what we are. 4. I'm content with just watching college football at this point. Watching the Bucs is bad for your health if you are a true Bucs fan.
