Its obvious this kid is getting a rude awakening to the nfl. The first thing i noticed he is not doing is stepping up in the pocket and stepping into his throws. Second thing is his lazy delivery to balls on the outside. He is going to have to learn he absolutely cannot continue to not throw at full speed or hes going to get picked off every single time. He continues to do well in the middle of the field. He can make the deep throws but the short ones are killing him. He looks painfully inaccurate. Hes got a long offseason coming and probably alot of soul searching coming. Im praying we fire lovie before he ruins this kid. With the right staff they will play to his strenghts and develop him. Right now what i see is a young man trying to do what the staff ask of him but hes a competitor and is now realizing you cant comeback from turnovers in the nfl. Not the bucs at least
