He'll start slow and be a work in progress. We're going to do things the old fashion way and develop this kid.Wherever Winston goes, he will start out of the gate on absolute fire. He'll then start to fade, forcing too many bad balls, and inevitably making too many other mistakes....and he'll have a tough time adjusting to the NFL, and his playbook.Within three seasons thereafter, Mariota will be one of the most prolific QB's in the NFL...we finally will have that Franchise QB that we have never had....conversely, by that time, Winston will be out of football entirely.
